This is just a sample of some photos from our albums. We will be adding more pictures over time. These pictures are special to us, because it shows how things used to be. We don't go on vacations anymore, or even have the personal time for things like golfing or going to our annual NASCAR getaway at Michigan. More important, it reminds us of the life that Patty used to live before her tragedy.
*Ironically, before her stroke, Pat's favorite pet Princess lost the use of her hind legs. The Vet said there was nothing that could be done and despite everyone's advice to have the dog put down, Pat refused and for months carried her dog around in her arms and even made a home made "belly-harness" device so she could support the hind legs while the dog walked on it's front legs only. Much to everyone's amazement after many months her dog regained the use of it's hind legs and was able to walk again! Pat was so proud that she nursed her dog back to health.
Unfortunately, Princess passed away a short time after we brought Pat home from the nursing home.
